Lead Times :

Since most things are custom made, they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion.

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.

Additional Information :

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.

If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.

Alt Methods is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Domestic Shipping :

We ship via USPS. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it is the safest.

International Shipping :

We are not currently shipping internationally but shoot us an email and we can accommodate.

Customers wishing to pick up orders :

For customers who wish to pick up their item(s), please type in "PICKUP" in the discount code box when checking out. This makes the shipping cost $0. Only choose this option if you have already planned this out with us.

All sales are final.

However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. If you have any questions or concerns about anything at all, please let us know. We are happy to assist you.
